This has all the necessary information for first-time owner and investor partners. Be sure to check you have Adobe Acrobat Reader installed on your pc either as stand-alone software or as a plugin in your browser.
The "My Property Bookmarks" section is where you can view any properties you have added. Soon this section will allow you to search our suppliers properties, add these as a favourite property on your profile and much more.
The "My Owner Illustrations" section shows you any saved illustrations you have created. You can save as many of these as you like and view or edit for easy comparison later. If you have any that you would rather delete then you can do that as well.

Please ensure you have completed the mandatory fields before contacting Joint Equity with a problem.

Employment:
This section is where we collect your employment details neccesary to calculate how much mortgage you would be allowed. If you are unemployed and are applying for a mortgage illustration based purely on assets held this is possible. Otherwise you must input details of employment or benefits being claimed before moving forward.
The website will not allow a user to move forward without completing this section. Please ensure you have completed details in this section before reporting a problem to Joint Equity.
Assets/Liabilities:
This section is to collect static values which may count towards or against an allowable mortgage amount. As with the other forms on the site you can add, edit or delete records created. If you have no assets or liabilities then you can skip inputting any records by using the link at the bottom of the page. This will tell the website that you can proceed to the next stage.
Adverse Credit:
This section is to collect any information regarding your credit record. Bad credit can affect the approval of a mortgage application however this does not necessarily mean that applicants with poor credit histories will be rejected. Please provide a short description in the box provided of details surrounding each record you input.
If you have no adverse credit at all then use the link at the bottom of the page to skip this section.
Adding / Viewing a property:
To track which property each illustration relates to we ask that you input your property details. These properties will then be available on your homepage. You can remove any of these properties on your hompage as well. The property section of the site is currently under construction but will expand soon.
Creating an Illustration:
From a property added and displayed on your homepage you can create an illustration by clicking "Get an illustration".You will be presented by a form where your ideal variables can be input.
Please check that you have filled in all the mandatory fields in the form otherwise it may not be added correctly.
If you see a pop-up box it is likely that you have not filled in a mandatory field in the form. Otherwise this is because you would require a greater mortgage than you are entitled to.
If you still experience problems please tell our IT team about any technical fault with this page.
Reviewing an Illustration:
Once you have saved an illustration it will appear on your homepage under My Owner Illustrations. You can see an overview of the various illustrations you have created and view, edit or delete each one.
